i have soy, hoisin, fish sauces and sweet chilli sauce, i have dried garlic, basil and coriander, anyone got a recipie for a sauce using these things? thankies

Try the l/h message board & key in what you want. Date posted, put anytime. Sorry I can't help as I'm not much of a cook. Sauces should be ok. Does it say best by or use by?

Depends what you want it for...
However the most common one is;
1/4 cup oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soft brown sugar and 2 tbsp soy sauce all mix together.
