have some chinese honey beef stir fry meat out of freezer what can i do with this? thanks

Chop up a selection of veges and stir fry, remove from pan. Add beef, chopped garlic & ginger to pan and stir fry, add some beef stock and 1 tablsp hoisin sauce and stir, thicken slightly with cornflour, add veges and cashew nuts. Serve with fried rice.
