Could anyone please share any ways to cook pork belly Please. My dad promised to cook it for some1 for Xmas lunch and is now stuck on how to cook it.

Roasting is quick and easy. Score the top, rub in spices i.e. 5 spice. Place on rack and pour water into bottom of the dish. Crank up the heat in the end to make crackling work or place under grill.
