Hi, just wondering what else I can add to dinner tonight. Have friends coming over, one who is low starch. Got a fresh salad and a silverside cooking. what else can I cook to go with dinner? TIA

Cauli mash although it all sounds good just as it is. Maybe some fresh asparagus with butter to melt over it?

They're bringing dessert, one less thing for me to do.
What about spinich? I do a nice soy sauce, garlicy mix

If you think your spinach dish is nice and will go with your silverside, then that'll be fine. Check the label on the soy sauce though. A lot of the cheap and cheerful soy sauces sold at supermarkets have wheat in them which may or may not be something your friend is unable to eat as well.
