Hi, I am baking a cake for my sons b'day in one of those character cake tins.Whats the trick to make sure the cake doesn't dry out in the shallower parts of the pan whilst still cooking the deeper bits?Any suggestions appreciated.Thanks!

put some foil over those parts with the shiny side up ?

Make sure you 'grease' the cake with Chefade and dust with flour. This will make it easier to turn out the finished cake.
