All of the above plus a dressing of olive oil, cider vinegar, garlic, mustard powder, brown sugar, s&p, shaken together. Chuck in some parmesan and heaps of red onion in as well. Refrigerate and adjust seasonings after an hour or so.

Leave the mayo out and try with a simple garlic olive oil dressing. Mayo=yuck! Though my Mr 6 loves it, I told him santa is bringing him a bottle of mayo this year and he is well and truly chuffed.
