Hello, I am looking for a chocolate mousse recipe to put in between layers of my chocolate cake, I can't find my normal recipe.I know it only had melted chocolate and whipped cream in but I can't remember quantities, can any one help me??
I haven't made this myself but I have eaten it as made by my sister,and it is very good indeed.

200gm dark chocolate, melted over double boiler. Cool a bit. In separate bowl wisk two whole eggs over hot water until bubbly. Slowly add to melted coooled choc. Mix together. Whip 500-600 ml cream to soft peaks. Fold into egg/ chocolate.
Just don't do what I did the first me and put the egg/ choc mix in the fridge and it solidified- cool it to room temperature. Decadent and lovely. Generous filling for 24 cm cake.
