I do one layer with luncheon and pickle, next layer egg and lettuce and top layer ham and tomato. Lovely and moist. Always cut your club sammies with a sharp knife (electric one if you have one)they look so much better.

ham/cheese/pineapple corned beef with creamy mustard sauce and lettuce salmon and cream cheese with a dash of horseradish mashed asparagus with mayo and grated cheese mashed egg/tomato/lettuce egg with parsely/chives/coriander ... your choice and lettuce cucumber with grated cheese tuna fish with mayo, lettuce or cress

salami and rocket with aiolo or mayo Salami is worht remembering as a tasty and economical change from shaved ham for club sammies.

I would use Tomato & Lettuce & Cheese & Beetroot & Salami. But anyways u make em and ill eat em not matter whats in yours.
