. . where do they come from. A friend said Pams were getting their some by products from China (? ? ) but cannot figure this out, esp after seeing a health dept warning about some flours under all the above brands being withdrawn from sale due to salmonella posioning. The website page being :http://www.consumer.org.nz/recalls/view/pams-champion-edmond s-self-raising-flour It seems they had some milk product in them. And Pam's was not the only one. Does anyone recall this?

hmm, the consumer site says nothing about salmonella, just for the people that are lactose intolerant to dump it and return the bar code.

Oops sorry Dezzie - this was another link I meant to post : http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/769254as you can see there was food posioning related to these products too. Other press reports at the same time state the same message .
What I am really trying to find is it one flour mill that processes all the flours for all these brands?
