I use the receipe on the back of the Nestle Melts Dark and it has the recipe for ganache on it as well

bekky, look for the thread "WHITE CHOCOLATE MUD CAKE" - as well as a white chocolate mud cake recipe there's also a brown chocolate mud cake recipe on that thread which is currently further down on page 1 of this MB. :-))

Divine cakes Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. They make very nice cakes.
