I personally recommend the "Fruit Punch" that you'll find on that link - it's the 6th recipe there. :-))

Any fruit juice, mixed with ginger ale will work - say 1 liter fruit juice to 1. 5 liter ginger ale. then throw in some cut frut and mint leaves.
Alternatively make up some fruity herbal tea, sweeten with honey and mix with soda. Add fruit and mint leaves.

Elderflower cordial mixed with Ch'i (and/or) sparkling mineral water, float frozen blueberries on top. My absolute favourite :-)And as I say every time ... this tastes very 'grown up', almost champagne like.

There is a lovely punch mix you can get at a liquor shop called Pinto punch mix. You just add lemonade, gingerale and cold tea. Its always a big hit at functions.
