best before 19th, would you sill use them today, or throw them out? were brought fresh and have been in fridge whole time. thanks

Mince yes, chicken not so sure, if the are in any way slimy or if the mince has obvious green patchec it is best to throw them out, especially the chicken, either way cook them very thoroughly.

It is "best before", not "instantly poisonious at midnight".
I would use all my senses... Does it smell OK, look OK etc.
It should be fine, but use your judgement.
supermarkets LOVE LOVE LOVE people who throw them out the date after best before - more profit for them.
