i have none, but if you google, grape recipes there are some there. I have heard of grape jelly but not sure how you would make it.

That's a VERY fancy recipe for grape juice.
I just wash a bunch or two of grapes, put them in a saucepan with a small amount of water, and simmer them till the juice comes out. Then I add sugar to taste and boil some more to kill any wild yeasts. It gets bottled as cordial. Really tasty made up with soda. Or added neat to filling for an apple pie.

A variation is to add some cider vinegar to your cordial mix - that was a recipe for Ketjap I found online, and we use it as a marinade for chicken. Quantites do not need to be exact - it is done to taste.
