Curried Mince is really nice with rice and very easy

Method Finely chop or grate vegetables. Brown mince and onion in a large frying pan or saucepan. Add everything else and simmer for 40 minutes or until cooked. Serve with rice.

Or this is a good one.
Ingredients 500 g beef mince ½ brown onion, chopped ½ cup breadcrumbs 1 egg, beaten 2 x 400 g tins tomato soup ½ cup cornflour 1 tablespoon butter 250 g pasta of choice
Method In a large bowl add mince, onion, egg and breadcumbs. Mix together well. Form handfuls of mixture into balls. Roll meatballs in cornflour. Melt butter in a medium frying pan, over medium heat. Gently place meatballs into pan and fry over moderate heat. Turn meatballs, gently, until cooked through on all sides. Add tomato soup, cover and simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Stir occasionally taking care not to break meatballs. Cook pasta according to packet directions. Serve meatballs over cooked pasta.

charlie8005, have a look at:-

You'll find a real variety of options there.
Without meaning to be rude, can I suggest that you have a good mouthwash after your mince meal as the pieces of mince could lodge in the cavities in your gums and cause problems - I've got dentures so I've been there, done that with having raw gums; thankfully though one's mouth is usually a quick healing part of one's body, so I hope you heal well and soon. :-))

i like this one. sort of a mincey curry sketti thing.
i just fry up the mince usual way with onions, garlic is you want, beef stock cube or a bit of soy sauce, pepper, curry powder, and a tin of spagetti. sometimes i put mashed potato on top and cheese and bake, or sometimes just like it is with grilled cheese on top.

Why not make a shepherds pie but cook until the carrot and other veggies are very soft and mash into the mince mixture, then top with mashed potatoes.
