What are induction cooker hobs like to cook on? Im meaning the single element portable type not the bigger units. Can you actually simmer slowly? without the thing boosting periodically and thus burning your curry or whatever? Ive searched and searched online but commonly find bad reviews regarding this. I think they must be good for the higher temp required duties but how about those gentler ones? Id be interested in your experiences. Im not referring explicitly to the 4 plus element or more stove top ones, but more the small single ones available (not many to choose from) in NZ
This one with 10 power settigs and right of return is wrthwhile to try it out yiurself
