I got a recipe from here years ago and it had mince, maybe sausage meat and you put blue cheese in and rolled it up and baked it, maybe bacon on the outside to hold it together Cannot find it here now but would love to have it again TIA

Blue cheese with anything is divine. Why not use your own favourite meatloaf recipe and turn it into a roll?

Mix the meat(s) and flavourings up, sprinkle breadcrumbs on the bench, flatten the meat mix into a rectangle, spread with cooked silverbeet, sprinkle blue cheese over the silverbeet, roll it up, put the seam on the bottom and seal the ends, cook as usual. I make it up differently every time, add grated carrot to the meat to make it go further, otherwise onion etc added to the meat.
