A few years ago Foodtown had a Christmas pull out/flyer which contained Christmas recipes, which had a recipe for a leek and cheese pie/tart. I threw mine out during a tidy up a few weeks ago. Does anyone still happen to have a copy they wouldn't mind sharing the recipe thx :-)

Leek & Blue Cheese Crumble
4 leeks 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 1 cupi milk Salt & pepper to season 1 tbsp white wine (optional) 100grms blue cheese 6 slices white bread 2 cloves garlic
Method Slice the leeks in 1/2-1cm rounds, they are better if not too thin.Add the leeks to boiling water for 3-4 minutes and drain.Melt 1 tbsp butter in another pot.Add flour and stir till it cooks in the butter.Next, stir in the milk then seaon with Salt and Pepper.Once the milk has boiled, add 1 tbsp white wine, although this is not essential.Don't add the wine before the milk has boiled as it will make the sauce curdle.Crumble the blue cheese. For the crumble topping, addthe bread and 1 tbsp of butter and garlic into food processor and pulseuntil its a course crumb. To assemble, place leeks in a shallow baking dish, pour over the blue cheese sauce and scatter the crumble topping over the top.Bake in the pre heated oven, uncovered at 180 degrees c for 20 minutes.Serves 4
