Has anyone got a good recipe for this please. I'm just not getting the sauce right.

Hi judz46 if you list what you've tried so far I'm sure there are posters here that could offer suggestions. What do you feel is wrong with it by the way? Too salty (not salty enough), sweetness level, heat (spice), are you adding anything to create a hint of sourness? Or is it the texture that's not to your liking - too thin, too thick. let us know a few more specifics.
