1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon olive oil (one that’s not too strong) 1 1/2 tablespoons water, at room temp 1 egg PREPARATION 1) Sift together the sugar, flour ,cocoa powder and salt 2) place olive oil, water and egg in to a bowl and give it a good whisk 3) now fold in the dry ingrediants in to the wet mix, 4) Pour into a mug and microwave for 2 minutes (no peeking! ) hint i found in my microwave, 2 minutes was too long and the brownie was a bit dry,, i dropped the cooking time to 1 minute 45 seconds and the brownie was just cooked and moist . if you have a powerful micowave the cooking time will be less.
