Different brands of flour etc.

Just curious, do you have a prefered brand of baking goods? And is there any real difference between say Edmunds and home brand.

I've always used Pam's flours (I don't use any brand of SR though) for all my baking, incl bread, and never had any problems.

I also use Pam's or Homebrand and have never had any problems with any of my baking or again bread making. I too do not use self raising flour.
Any difference? Not that I have noticed except occasionally I need to add a tiny amount more liquid in some baking, but I tend to make stuff by eye and feel not necessarily following an exact recipe.
