I seem to have ended up with quite a few packets of these little baking marshmallows. Does anyone have any ideas to use them up? Thanks

melt them down and use them to make rice bubble slice :) or try the jelly roll ups

Rocky Road - melt choc (dark/milk/white, whichever), add broken biscuits (plain or your favourite), marshmallows, soft jelly sweets or turkish delight or glace cherries, roughly chopped nuts if you like them, etc. pour into slice tin (lined), let set, chop into pieces. YUM.

could you give exact measurements please #3. do you line the tin with tinfoil or grease paper.thanks
