sandee16, try doing a search here on the Recipes MB using Christmas Cake as the Keywords and Last year as the Date posted option. You'll find a good variety of recipes and have lots to choose from.
Making a Christmas Cake is not difficult IMO, so have fun and enjoy the experience + the pleasure of sharing the end result. :-))
