I'm looking for help on this too if anyone has a good recipe. Tried one today but it looks a bit more like a cake in texture. Haven't tried the taste yet but do t think it will slice well

I was told a while ago about a good g/f bread recipe. Fairly sure it was on the Glutenfree Girl website and it was a French bread recipe. Has lots of positive comments apparently.
This is the best gf bread we have found hubbards thank goodness gf breadmix. We make it according to the bread maker instructions on the pack. You can slice it really thinly if you wis and it toasts well if required. One pack makes two loaves.

Gave this a try with a couple of tweaks and it is a nice loaf.
