Anyone tried this recipe on cradlerockingmama.com. From the comments following the recipe it is really good. In her recipes it is titled perfect sandwich bread gluten free, gum free and vegan. Edited to add it is the gum free thing that appeals to me.

I dont understand why it would need to be kneaded! Kneading bread develops the gluten! but there is none to develop!

This does not look like the sloppy mix that is usual with gluten free bread and seems to be kneaded to work in the balance of flour.
