sticky232, is the jar you have the Chicken Tonight Meal Base? It's years and years since I used any of those products but from memory, there should be recipes/suggestions for its use on the jar's label - that is, if that is the product you have. :-))

No it is a pams golden honey mustard no just had another look at the jar and it says to add chicken and veges to
