Does anyone have a recipe? The one I'm thinking about has cinnamon in. Any ideas really welcome I have almonds and walnuts that I'd like to do something with

If you want sweet spiced nuts this recipe is good and very easy.
Sugared Nuts
210g whole nuts 1 egg white ¼ c sugar 2 tsp cinnamon pinch of salt 50g butter, melted & cooled
Roast nuts 180C 6 min.
Whip egg white, whip in sugar, cinnamon & salt. Whip in butter. Mix with nuts.
Roast 160C 30 min, stirring often.
