Help! Does anyone have this recipe book??

Soup for Ali - the cookbook that was compiled of soup recipes for Ali Williams after he was injured a few years back.

If so, could you please type up the recipe for the roasted red pepper soup? I think that's what it's called, should be in the first few pages of the book.

Thanks heaps!

(I've tried Google. . and the book my library has, somebody didn't return it! So I can't get it out again until they've ordered another one. )

1Tbsp olive oil
1 Large onion, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon ground cumin
500 g ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 cups vegetable stock
approx 425g bottled roasted red capsicums, drained coarsely chopped
410g can tomato puree

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, add onion and cook 3 mins until soft. Add the garlic and cumin and cook, stirring for 1 minute.

Add the tomatoes, stock, capsicum and tomato puree and bring to the boil. Cook, stirring occasionally for 9 mins until tomato is tender. Pur the tomato mixture into the bowl of the food processor and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
