Any good cake or biscuit recipes using spelt flour

I have heard of bread recipes but would like to make anything else using this flour where you can taste the difference from ordinary flour.

You can substitute any wheat flour in a recipe with spelt.

However if you have freshly milled whole grain spelt from an organic shop you will have to add more water or find a recipe that has wholemeal wheat flour and sub it with spelt.

Wholegrain flour needs a bit more liquid otherwise you end up with a very dense cake or bread.
