CHOCOLATE COOKIES 175g butter ¼ cup sugar 1½ cups flour 1½ tsp baking powder ¼ cup drinking chocolate ½ cup chocolate chips
Cream the butter and sugar.Stir in the remaining ingredients.Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls and flatten them on an oven tray. Bake at180°Cforapproximately 10 minutes.

Hi Hikoi.. You can use a tablespoon of golden syrup, sweetened condensed milk or stewed apple in place of an egg in most recipes - I've found these work well as a replacement in baking.
