Has anyone got any good biscuit recipes nothing to fancy just for school lunches.

Easy large batch Choc Chip Cookies 1c butter room temp, 1c sugar can be 1/2 and 1/2 brown and white, 2eggs, 2tsp milk, 2tsp vinalla ess, 2c flour, 1tsp baking soda, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp salt, 21/2c oats, 2c choc chips. Cream butter, sugar till light and creamy.Add eggs one at a time and milk and essence.In another bowl mix dry ingredients add butter milk to mix bake 18010-13mins You'll know your oven The other I do all the time is the instant pudding bisc, or the instant puddinf slice..just moved and haven't unpacked all yet sorry but sure some one will have it..excuse sp haha
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence together, add egg, then mix in dry ingredients. Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls. Put onto greased trays and flatten with a fork . tip, I flatten biscuits using a rounded bottom glass, lightly dusted in flour. It makes the biscuits a more even shape: no cracked edges.}
Bake 15-20 mins at 190 deg C.

a good easy slice: Chocolate Cream Squares. (*The biscuit cake*)
Ingredients:
250gwine biscuits 1/2 cup cornflakes 1/2 cup sultanas 125g butter 3-4 TBSPS condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Crush wine biscuits and cornflakes finely. To this add the sultanas . Melt together butter, vanilla essence and condensed milk.
Add this to the dry mixture and blend together well.
Press into a swiss roll tin.
Ice with chocolate icing. Sprinkle withcoconut or chopped nuts.

Also good old edmonds shrewsbury biccies, peanut brownies, chinese chews are great in lunch boxes.
