Made these on weekend, got the recipe online and I must say they are very good. Cranberry, Chocolate and Pumpkin Seed Cookies. 200g softened butter 1/4 cup peanut butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1.5 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 2 cups rolled oats 1 cup dark choc chopped 100g pumpkin seeds 1 cup dried cranberries Heat oven to 190oC. Beat butter and peanut butter together, beat in sugar then egg and vanilla. Sift in flour and baking soda. Add oats, choc, pumpkin seeds and cranberries and mix to combine. Roll mixture in 1 Tbs amounts (or bigger if you want) into balls on lined oven tray and press tops with a fork. They don't spread much. Bake 10-12 mins. I think this made me about 40ish although recipe said 52. Either way they are very nice.

Sounds nice. does the recipe require 1 cup of brown sugar or could that be reduced?

You can reduce it which I did but I only reduced by 1/4 cup as it is sweet enough with all the other ingredients.
