Macadamia nuts

Was given 4 big bags and i thought I could make a slice or something like that for the kids lunchboxes.however im not a baker at the best of times so would have to be an easy recipe please. !.Was also given a jar of macadamia paste too.! What do I do with that. !

Try the search box on the left, there's lots of nice slices that use nuts and you can also interchange them.I've seen the common caramel choc slice done with nuts in the caramel.

Lucky you though as macadamia's are bloody expensive!:)

They keep for ages in the freezer. They make a nice coating for fish.

this is good, and would work well just adding in chunky chopped upmacadamias. half a cup worth should do it.

The paste is nice on bread.

The nuts keep in the freezer, so you have plenty of time to think about what to do with them. Personally I simply roast and eat them. Or for extra indulgence cover them in dark chocolate after roasting then eating them.
