We buy a big enough turkey to last for about 3 -4 days so I don't have to cook, just assemble something from leftovers and put in oven. Turkey and broccoli bake today.

Last night had fritters made with left over veges and minced up turkey and the remainder of the salads.We also had some left over Christmas pud, strawberries and Christmas ice cream so a very nice meal.Today - a brisk walk is in order!
