Defrost spinach, (don't cook) and drain excess liquid. Mix all ingredients together and place in cob.
Great with raw vegetables, pitas crisps, crostini and rice crackers.
PS - i have never used it with the cobb.....i've always just served it in a bowl with vege and crisps.

good old cream cheese and your fav relish.... and cheese balls are great to make also....
