I have tried a couple off the net and the one in the Edmunds book, not that happy with any of them, can't even find any in main supermarkets so if anyone could help that would be great, cheers

try this one. 1 C Sugar, 1/2 C cocoa, 1 Tbsp golden syrup, 125gm butter, 1/4 C milk. Combine in a pot, bring to the boil then boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add.1 tsp vanilla essence, 2.5 C sifted icing sugar. Pour into a greased dish. It is a really simple recipe and i always get compliments on it- I possibly found the recipe on here somewhere.

I have often posted this recipe but I got it off someone else on hereso I cant take any credit.
its called No Beat Fudge for obvious reasons. and I have never had a fail yet.
