Just got the bread maker - no recipe leaflet inside.Any ideas please for a 1kg loaf and what order ingredients go in.

Is it second hand! Google it. You might find an instruction book online. Some breadmakers are very unforgiving if you don't have all of the weights, measures and orders just right. The alternative is to make a wet dough in a bowl then toss it into the tin and program it on bake only. Approx 4 cups dry ingredients will make a kilo loaf.
