A few years ago I had a wonderful mango slice while on holiday at Akaroa. It was a slice with nuts and seeds as well.a great healthy snack. I have been looking for the recipe for a while and wondered if anyone out there can help. It was truly delicious. Thanks

Try doing a google search, I did and even if you don't come across the recipe you are after - there are some very lovely sounding alternatives there to look at anyway. Hope this helps.
