This one came from a friend of mine, and it tastes amazing. They got a wee bit puffy, and a good solution is to ditch the baking soda and roll them out a bit thinner (I rolled these out to 3/4-1cm thick). The thinner the better if you like them crisp!

Get one of those ready-made tubes of iceing, they're in heaps of colours, and are really easy to use. New World has them, and any good cake decorating place. Have fun!
