I have a flat packed gingerbread house that my mum brought me back from OZ, I've never got round to making it up and was wondering what else I could make with it if I crushed it up?
Cheesecake base first came to mind but I was wondering if it would be suitable as more of a base for ginger slice?
Any bright ideas? ?

use it in an unbaked slice the one with condensed milk and then ice with a ginger icing.

Anything that has crushed biscuits... like margyr said those unbaked slices... Or chopped up small and stirred through melted/homemade icecream...
