I have just bought a couple of marinated lamb chops. I'm wondering what is the best way to cook them! I'm not a lamb-fan, so this is possibly the first time I've cooked this cut. Should I bake, oven-grill, fry!

Try not to overcook as they will be dry and tough and remember they will cook a bit more once you take them out. Enjoy

I managed to not cook dinner after all. Yay, me! Mr Nig29 pan-fried them, I believe. They smell pretty good, but lamb is not for me. He was very excited to find them in the fridge.
