Does anyone have a recipe for these! You know with honey, sugar and butter and rice bubbles! I have googled them but the chelsea sugar recipe didn't have much sugar and I seem to remember that recipe I had from childhood had tonnes of sugar!

swannie1,here is a recipe that you might like to try - I realise that the recipe below is for a slice but I would think that the same mixture could be made into the smaller cakes that you're wanting to make.
"Rice Bubble slice 125gr butter 125gr sugar 2TBSPs honey or golden syrup Bring to boil & simmer 5min. Remove from heat & add 5c Rice bubbles. Pour into a sponge roll tin. Cut while warm

yes that's it, thanks heaps. I knew it had 5 cups of something.I thought it was sugar, quite relieved to see it's rice bubbles!
