Glutton free bread recipe

Does anyone have a good glutton free bread recipe done int he break maker. We have tried quite a few, including a recipe which was in with the glutton free bread mix from Bin Inn, but then end up looking like a lump of cardboard, and seem to be wasting lots of money on it.
We have bought a new bread maker which does glutton free bread.

I think you might want to change the word 'glutton' to 'gluten'. It conjours up all sorts of images in my mind.
The thing with gluten free bread is that they don't require kneading as the gluten is what makes it stretchy.
Here is one from Alison Holst'sGluten Free Baking book.
White Bread
For 750g loaf in bread machine (set to gluten free medium crust) Best to add liquids first.
2 tsp instant active yeast
1 cup warm water plus 2 Tbs extra
3 tsp sugar
1.5 tsp salt
3 tsp guar gum
1 large egg plus 1 large egg white
1/4 cup skim milk powder
3 Tbs oil
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 cup rice flour
1 cup maize cornflour

ps. I haven't tried this one but the other baking recipes from the book I have tried have all come out really well!

Nothing to stop you being a 'glutton' when you are eating 'gluten' free bread though!
