I'm hoping that someone who has a copy of The Tassajara Bread Book might be able to give me the recipe for the Sourdough Pancakes, don't worry about the sourdough starter, I already have the recipe but have just discovered that my copy of the book, beloved for at least 30 years, has gone walkabout. I would really appreciate your assistance, many thanks.

My copy went walkabout many years ago alas.I loved it and basically learned to make bread from it.Here's a link to the recipe.
the book has been revamped and is for sale here, but think if I order one more cookbook I might be told to pack my bags.

Love that book - picked it up from a the local second hand shop for a fiver last year :)
