It never ceases to amaze me how unhelpful posters can be at times.

This is after all a Recipe forum".The likelihood that someone else was watching it was pretty high surely.

The poster had already stated she had tried On Demand

Thankfully the majority of posters are friendly and helpful.

Agreed with your comments maynard9, to me it is a team effort and anyone is part of that team.

OP was looking for something, narrow it down when the right clues comes up then further investigated and we have access to another very nice set of recipes.

To me, Great Stuff!

Editing to add, cas41, please let us know how it all turns out.
Cheers

Hmmm, had a further perusal of her recipes, noted one there with chilli Bamboo Shoots.

Recently did a dish with baby Bamboo Shoots, purchased as dried then soaked for an hour or two then ready to use in the cooking of this dish.

Just prior to adding in the cooking process, I sampled a little and was quite surprised how nice it is.
When the dish was served, these bamboo shoots really complimented the overall meal.

What I'm saying is, don't be put off with using various ingredients as such.

Just hopes this will help someone.

Cheers.

If one ever tries to copy and paste these recipes then use Word to paste it into, then left click on a section to start then holding right button down - drag the cursor over text, open up the style and select Normal and gets rid of that black background.
