Cream cheese - fridge life once opened?

Hi. Excuse my ignorance, but I don't often use cream cheese. I bought some to make a salmon dip, and only used half the container. Will the remaining cream cheese be ok until its best before date, or not since it has been opened! Would love to make another batch of the dip for next Monday. Also, how long would you think the dip would be ok for! Ingredients are tinned salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and butter. Both dip and cream cheese have been kept covered in fridge. Thanks :)

OK, thanks. My pack doesn't say. Hmmm, I would be slightly over that.

Cream cheese lasts for ages as long as it's covered properly. smell it and you'll know. If it says 14 days after opening, you've probably got at least another 4 - their best before is covering their bums.
With salmon added to the dip, no idea sorry.
