Is it brown or white rice flour! Search gluten free threads on here and many many recipes contain rice flour. You can use it to coat meat, fish before coating (in GF breadcrumbs) and in heaps of baking. Great for melting moments, shortbreads. Mix with other flours (gf cornflour and tapioca starch - from Bin Inn) to use in baking. It won't rise as well. If you're not goiong gluten free and just want to avoid wheat, have you considered spelt flour!
