I have an american recipe for biscuits that I would like to try but it asks for 2 and a half sticks of butter, but I have no idea how much that is in grams - Can anyone please help! TIA
bugger you bet me. thought I could finally help someone, I copied out a conversion chart from here about a year ago and was just looking it up. Do the Americans sell their butter wrapped in 'sticks'of 120gm/4oz!

Sorry wouldn't have a clue. I'm useless when it comes to pounds and ounces. can't figure them out :-) Hope it gets eaten, should do if its so yummy.
