i love pork strips,i just roasted them-they are so good they didn't need any fancying up.

I know its a bit late now but could try it next time maybe.
Pork and Kumara Bake. 455g onions or how ever many you want. 1kg Kumara salt and pepper sage and onion stuffing mix 500g pork strips or how many you want to cook 1 egg 600ml chicken stock Peel and slice onion and kumara. Grease inside of dish you are using, Cover the base with layers of Sliced Kumara and Onion slices salt and pepper, Sprinkle half of the stuffing mix over, Cover with the rest of the Kumara and Onion slices and pour stock over. Dip pork strips in beaten egg and in the remainder of the stuffing mix and place on top of kumara and onion. Cook in center of oven at 160 deg for about 2hrs, until Kumara is soft and pork crisp and tender.

This is our family favourite.really easy & delicious
SPICY APRICOT PORK SPARE RIBS 1.5kg Pork Strips 500ml Apricot Nectar/juice ½ cup white vinegar 2 tsp cornflour 2 tsp soy sauce 1 clove garlic, bruised 2 tsp grated green ginger 1 tbsp mild chilli sauce
Place ribs in large pot, cover with water & add vinegar. Bring to boil uncovered for 15 mins, drain & rinse under cold water. Place ribs in roasting dish. Blend all other ingredients & pour over ribs. Bake uncovered in moderate oven for 1 hour. Baste a few times while cooking. Serve with fried rice.

Sticky Pork slices 1/3 cup plum jam 1 chicken stock cube 2 teaspoons cornflour ½ cup water 3 tsp soy sauce 1 clove garlic Put slices on rack in baking dish, put a little water in dish below, bake in moderate oven 15 min.Combine in saucepan jam, stock cube, cornflour, water, soy and garlic, stir over medium heat until sauce boils and thickens, reduce heat, simmer 1 min.Brush over pork slices and bake a further 30 – 45 mins, brushing more sauce over during this time.

Hey thanks everyone.i ended up going with a reciepe my cousin gave me.
Brown ribs Place in dish half cup sweet chillie sauce Half cup barbque sauce Quarter cup water, mix together (i added two big teasp honey aswel) Pour over then place baking paper on top and cover with foil Bake for 30-40 mins on 180 my oven isnt the best so I baked for an hour on 200. was nice and tender and went down well with green spinach salad and winter veg all roasted together.
