Cook pasta spirals, drain, and then add olive oil and basil pesto to taste.Chop in very finely diced red onion, red or yellow pepper, green courgette (without seeds) and whole corn kernels (canned).Add freshly ground black pepper.Chopped parsley on top looks good.Make several hours before meal, and serve chilled.
