Just wondering if someone could tell me is it a better result to use high grade or just plain flour when making pizza dough.Many thanks.

Definitely high grade if you are using a yeast based dough but I only buy high grade anyway and use it for everything - small pantry means I don't have room for lots of different varieties of something as basic as flour so I only buy high grade and add baking powder if a recipe calls for self-raising

I just use standard flour for everything. I do buy wholemeal flour and add some when I make pizza dough.
